Nope. gcc puts lots of stuff in /usr. Also, remember that /usr/bin ===
/bin because of the mountpoints. I'd recommend putting only 'official'
cygwin stuff in /bin == /usr/bin, and put the "other user commands and
contributions" in /usr/local/bin.
