XEmacs 21.2.46 doesn't configure properly under cygwin

Xemacs is looking for the X11-header files, and can't find them (I
assume you don't have them installed?), you either have to disable
X11-support (switch for configure?), or install the X11-headers and
libraries. (check http://www.cygwin.com/xfree )
