A error with tos-check-env

 HI:
    I am  new to cygwin. I just installed tinyos on windowsXP and cygwin, and I make this cammand in cygwin window to check that the environment is setup correctly: tos-check-env
 
 the output of this command is: 
 A little window show up and say  "perl.exe have stopped work" , besides, the cygwin window show error that "perl 3872 fork_copy: linked dll data/bss pass 0 failed, 0x2c2000..0x2c2370, done 0, windows pid 604, win32 error 487".
 
Atter run cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out, I attach the cygcheck.out file in the attachment.

 Please, how can i correct this errors? Thanks in advance.
